I'll be using this page to post the problems and suggestions that XMaps users have mailed in that I think you need to know about.  When I can, I'll describe the action I'm going to take and whether it'll be addressed in the next version of XMaps or it's something I'll be looking into.  Where there's more information available - for example, in the FAQ - I'll point you to it.

If you have anything you'd like to raise, or any comments about what's already the To-do List, feel free to drop me a line.  As you can probably see, I've divided the issues into the five main areas of XMaps; remote control, the server package, client package, installation files and documentation.

Installation Files

In the next release of XMaps (whenever that is ;-), the Server Idle Monitor will be disabled by default.  This won't affect existing installations, but server admins who perform a 'fresh' install won't have to work out why their server keeps changing maps on it's own ;-)
